Oak writing desk with drawers,

Solid Oak Writing Desk Well figured desk top with green leather insert, gold tooling There are five drawers each made in solid oak with dovetail joints and original oak handles, A single draw over the kneehole with two turned oak knobs This is flanked by a pair of drawers, the top one deeply carved with single knob the lower one also carved, the lower drawer also has fluted side panels with a moulded pediment. The kneehole below is framed by a carved apron to the top.
The desk is raised on tapered ring turned supports with a block detail to the foot the legs are united by two plain side stretchers and a plain middle stretcher. 
The desk is in beautiful original condition with slight wear to the leather with previous usage creating a lovely patina to the desk. 
Approx. dimensions are 114cm wide x 50cm deep x 76cm high.
The kneehole  gap is 46cm wide x 59cm high.
